30th June - We have planning permission from the National Park!

Our self-led crowdfunder*

• Capital costs for the project will total £150,000.
• £1,500 will buy you a 1% share in the business and its profits.
• Enjoy six months free membership with each share.
• Share-holders will have buy back options in years 5, 10 and 15, meaning Bowldro Ltd could buy back your shares at the original price.
• The Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme from UK govt will provide 50% tax relief on your investment. 

We have agreed a 15 year lease with the owners of Y Warws for the showroom building.

Full planning permission for change of usage has now been granted.

We have raised £28,500 in equity investment so far.

We need to raise a further £90,000.

The balance of capital costs will be acquired through a business loan.

We need your help!

Once we have reached this target, we will launch a Crowdfunding campaign, where people can donate / pre book memberships and coffees etc to help with early revenue costs.

*Well known crowd-funding platforms like Kickstarter and Crowdfunder, don't let people offer equity as a reward. Equity-investment platforms like Seedrs and Crowdcube require a minimum fundraise campaign target of £150,000.
